TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LEICHT COACHING
By using our Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these, do not download or use our Services. Note that we use the Beefit Tracker app to deliver our digital services. When we mention “our app” in this document, we refer to the Beefit Tracker app, which is developed and owned by Benefit Technologies ApS.

1. INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
1.1. Leicht-Coaching is a company registered in Denmark with CVR number 42938459. 1.2. The following terms govern access to and use of our Services, which state: Your legal rights and obligations; Our legal rights and bonds; Certain key information required by law.
2. CONTACT INFORMATION
2.1. Inquiries regarding these terms and conditions should be directed to: mlhflade@gmail.com. 2.2. If we need to contact you, we will do so via e-mail, SMS, prepaid mail, or through the Beefit Tracker app using the contact details you have provided to us. 2.3. By signing up for our website or coaching services, you acknowledge that we (or our representative) may contact you to tell you more about our Services.
3. USE OF OUR SERVICES
3.1. By your acceptance and compliance with these Terms, you may:
- Download a copy of our Site and App on your personal device and use the Services solely for your personal purposes.
- If you download and use our app, you receive and use free app updates containing ongoing program improvements and bug fixes.
- Order coaching services from us that we may agree to provide to you on these Terms. 3.2. You must be 18 years of age or have your parent’s consent to accept these Terms and download or use our Services. If you are under 18 years of age and have obtained your parents’ consent, we recommend that your parents participate in your coaching process and that they advise you about your use of our Services. 3.3. If you are under the age of 18 and you have not received your parents’ consent to be on a course with us, we cannot accept you as a client.
4. OWN RESPONSIBILITY
4.1. We do not offer medical or professional advice that you should rely on. Before starting any exercise or diet program, consult your doctor or healthcare professional to determine if this is the right choice for you. If you experience fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, or pain during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Exercise carries some risk of injury and you undertake these activities at your own risk. The use of a diet plan is entirely at your own risk and you should always review the contents to check that any allergies or intolerances you may have are in accordance with the plan. Our Services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Our Services are provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. 4.2. The following list is not exhaustive of the risks and requirements associated with the use of our Services:
- Allergies and intolerances that may affect our preparation of diet plans must always be reported in the questionnaire.
- Relevant injuries or illnesses that may affect our preparation of training plans must be reported to us in the questionnaire.
- Always carefully review the contents/ingredients of your meal plan for foods to which you are allergic or intolerant.
- Always make sure you have enough space when doing physical activities.
- Make sure that nothing around you can cause harm, limit, or interfere with your movement. If you choose to use fitness equipment, this is at your own risk.
- Limiting kcal intake can in some cases lead to anxiety, eating disorders, depression, fatigue, and other related mental and physical health problems.
- Always consult a dietitian and/or physician before beginning any fitness or general health program.
5. ORDERING COACHING SERVICES & WITHDRAWAL
5.1. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an email to accept it, at which point our contract for coaching services will come into existence between you and us. IMPORTANT: The agreement is binding, and delivery is considered commenced, as soon as you receive access or log into the app. By logging into the app and accessing the digital content, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal immediately. 5.2. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the coaching services. This may be due to unexpected limitations on our resources, credit information failure, or errors in price/description.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1. If you agree to receive our paid Services, sign up for payment via a third-party service. We use Stripe, a globally recognized payment system. 6.2. With automatic registration, your card details are encrypted during transmission through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). 6.3. Your payment terms depend on the exact services agreed between you and us. 6.4. Payment is made monthly. 6.5. Payment is made automatically via Beefit.
7. WHICH DEVICES CAN THE APP BE USED ON?
7.1. You may only download, install and use the App on a device that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for complying with these Terms on any device used.
8. DOWNLOAD OF APP – TERMS
8.1. Use of our App may be subject to rules and policies set by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
9. COMPATIBLE DEVICES
9.1. The app should only be downloaded and installed on a compatible device.
10. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
10.1. We use third-party software (currently the Beefit Tracker app) to deliver our training and diet plans. 10.2. Leicht Coaching assumes no liability for technical errors, bugs, downtime, data loss, or functionality issues occurring within the third-party app, as these factors are outside our control. 10.3. Technical issues with the app do not constitute a material breach of the agreement or a defect in the service (“mangel”), provided that the core coaching advice (plans) can still be accessed or delivered through alternative means (e.g., via email/PDF). 10.4. We reserve the right to change the software provider at any time if deemed necessary.
11. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO SERVICES
11.1. We may regularly make updates and changes to our Services. Ensure that you agree to all updates. 11.2. If you opt out of updates, you may not be able to continue using our Services.
12. YOUR ACCOUNT
12.1. You must keep login information confidential. 12.2. You must not allow any other person to access the Platform using your login details. You are responsible for any actions taken by the person using your account. 12.3. Sharing login information is a violation of these Terms.
13. NO TRANSFER OF SERVICES
13.1. You may not transfer the Services to another person, whether for money or for free.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
14.1. We may need to change our terms to reflect changes in law or best practice. 14.2. We will give reasonable notice of major changes.
15. YOUR PRIVACY
15.1. We only use personal information as described in our “Privacy Policy”. 15.2. Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
16.1. All intellectual property rights belong to us and our licensors. 16.2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use our Services. 16.3. You may not use Leicht-Coaching trademarks or logos without permission. 16.4. Feedback provided by you may be used by us without obligation. 16.5. Content you upload belongs to us regarding the service use.
17. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
17.1. You agree not to sublicense, copy, translate, merge, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services.
18. ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS
18.1. You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, act fraudulently, transmit malicious code, infringe IP rights, or transmit offensive material.
19. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
19.1. We do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so (eg, death/injury caused by negligence). 19.2. We are liable for loss/damage caused by our breach of these Terms. 19.3. We are not responsible for business losses; Services are for private use only. 19.4. You acknowledge that you perform exercises and diet plans at your own risk. 19.5. No Guarantee of Results: We provide the tools, guidance, and plans based on professional standards. However, results (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain) are dependent on individual genetics, physiology, and adherence to the plan. Therefore, generally, we cannot guarantee specific results (Unless the “Results Guarantee Add-on” is specifically purchased – see Section 32). 19.6. Client Cooperation: The success of the coaching relies on your active cooperation and honest communication. If you fail to follow the provided guidelines or withhold relevant information, Leicht Coaching is not responsible for the lack of results. 19.7. We recommend backing up your data. 19.8. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
20. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION
20.1. We may need specific information (height, weight, etc.) to provide services. If you do not provide this, we may terminate the contract or charge an additional fee.
21. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHER WEBSITES
21.1. Our Services may contain links to independent websites not under our control.
22. TERMINATION, BINDING PERIOD & CANCELLATION
22.1. Subscription: Payment is made monthly and automatically via Beefit/Stripe. 22.2. Binding Period: The minimum length of a course is 3 months. You cannot terminate the agreement to expire before the end of these 3 months. 22.3. Notice Period: The period of notice is current month + 1 month.
22.4. Accelerated Payment upon Termination:
- If you terminate the agreement within the binding period, the total fee for the remaining part of the binding period becomes due immediately.
- Upon any termination, Leicht-Coaching reserves the right to invoice the fee for the notice period (and any remaining binding period) as a lump sum immediately, to conclude the payment agreement.
- Declined Payment: If the automatic charge fails (e.g., declined card), an invoice will be sent via email with an 8-day payment term. Late payment incurs a reminder fee (DKK 100) and interest.
22.5. Fixed-term Courses (Automatic Transition):
- If you have purchased a prepaid fixed-term course (e.g., 6 or 12 months), the agreement acts as a subscription.
- IMPORTANT: After the expiration of the agreed binding period, the subscription will automatically convert to a running monthly subscription at the current standard price with standard notice (current month + 1 month), unless otherwise actively agreed by purchasing a new fixed-term package.
22.6. Right of Withdrawal (Waiver):
- By accepting these terms, you expressly agree that you gain access to digital content (training courses, plans) immediately.
- Therefore, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation right) from the moment you gain access to the digital content.
22.7. How to Cancel (Email Requirement):
- Notice of cancellation must be given digitally by email to mlhflade@gmail.com.
- NOTE: Cancellations sent via SMS, social media (Instagram/Facebook), or in-app messaging are NOT accepted as valid termination due to documentation requirements.
22.8. Termination by Us: We may terminate your user rights if you fail to comply with these Terms (including non-payment).
22.9. Termination due to Conduct: We value a respectful and constructive coaching relationship. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the cooperation is deemed non-constructive, or if communication from the client becomes abusive, offensive, or unreasonably demanding. In such cases, standard termination terms apply unless otherwise agreed.
22.10. Pause/Hold: Courses can be paused by mutual agreement (e.g., due to vacation or injury). A pause period extends the binding period by the length of the pause. Notice periods cannot be served/run during a pause.
23. TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT
23.1. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organization. 23.2. You may only transfer your rights if we agree in writing.
24. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
24.1. Only the App Store/Google Play may enforce terms on our behalf; no other third parties have rights here.
25. IF A COURT FINDS PART OF THIS ILLEGAL
25.1. Each section operates separately. If one is unlawful, the rest remain in effect.
26. DELAY IN ENFORCEMENT
26.1. Even if we delay enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
27. CHOICE OF LAW
27.1. These Terms are governed by Danish law, and proceedings may be brought in Danish courts.
28. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
28.1. Disputes may be submitted to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
29. NEWSLETTERS
By signing up, you consent to receive marketing from Mikkel Leicht. You can unsubscribe at any time.
30. SOME COMPETITIONS
Competitions are not sponsored by Facebook. Winners are contacted directly. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
31. CANCELLATION OF PT SESSIONS
31.1. Cancellations must be made by email: mlhflade@gmail.com. 31.2. Cancellation must be made no later than 3 days before the appointment. 31.3. Late cancellation (less than 3 days) requires payment of 50% of the price + transport costs. 31.4. Non-appearance requires full payment. 31.5. Acute illness may allow moving the session to a later time.
32. RESULTS GUARANTEE (ADD-ON ONLY)
(Applies only to Premium programs where nutritional guidance is purchased, and this guarantee is explicitly stated in the order).
32.1. Scope: Notwithstanding section 19.5, this guarantee covers specific goals and timeframe agreed in writing at the start. It can be assessed, at the earliest, after min. 3 months. 32.2. Documentation (Compliance): To maintain the guarantee, the client must document effort:
- Training: Min. 90% of workouts logged in Beefit.
- Nutrition: Must be tracked daily via MyFitnessPal integration (+/- 10% kcal target met 90% of the time).
- Check-ins: Must be completed on time. 32.3. Safety Valve: If data shows stagnation >14 days, the coach may adjust the strategy. Refusal to follow adjustments voids the guarantee. 32.4. Health: Medical assessment may be required if health issues are suspected. Refusal voids the guarantee. 32.5. Honesty: Manipulation of data voids the guarantee immediately. 32.6. Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover competition rankings/placings, only physical condition.
